Telegram Cookies (pack of 12)

On the eve of 2022, I made butter cookies stamped with funny messages (like “HAPPY 2020 TAKE 3”). I took pictures and shared them online. Friends, family, and followers loved the idea.

Since then, I have baked hundreds more cookies. I improved the recipe by trial and error. I found a tasty balance between a traditional shortbread and a French Petit Beurre biscuit.

I have also found a secure way to ship cookies with vacuum-sealed packaging to keep them fresh. They have already traveled to 5 states undamaged (MA, NY, IL, VT, and CA).
